LifelineUSA will ship within the U.S. by UPS. Ground shipping is standard. Freight charges will be calculated at time of shipment. In stock orders placed by 3:00 PM EST will be shipped the same day.

Shipping Errors

If LifelineUSA ships incorrect items, a call tag will be issued. Shipping will be at our expense. The same shipping method as original order will be used. Replacement items will be shipped upon our receipt of returned merchandise.

Refused Orders

All refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus full shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

After receiving your order, please check it carefully against the invoice. If any item is incorrect please call us within 3 business days. All returns must be authorized prior to return shipment. All returns must be shipped in original packaging in new, undamaged, resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt. All special order items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.
