Shipping Policy

LifelineUSA will ship within the U.S. by UPS. Ground shipping is standard. Freight charges will be calculated at time of shipment. 

Shipping Errors

If LifelineUSA ships incorrect items, a call tag will be issued. Shipping will be at our expense. The same shipping method as original order will be used. Replacement items will be shipped upon our receipt of returned merchandise.

Refused Orders

All refused orders are subject to a 20% restocking charge plus full shipping cost.

Returns & Exchanges

After receiving your order, please check it carefully against the invoice. If any item is incorrect please call us within 3 business days. All returns must be authorized prior to return shipment. All returns must be shipped in original packaging in new, undamaged, resalable condition. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt. All special order items are non-cancelable, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable.

Returns Policy

We do not accept unauthorized returns. Please e-mail or call regarding problems with an order for assistance or a return authorization number. Returned parts must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging and received by LifelineUSA no later than 30 days after sale for a refund.

Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. No returns, exchanges, or cancelations are allowed on special-order items. Returned items are thoroughly inspected before a refund is issued.

A 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns not due to our error. There is no refund for shipping charges on returned items.
